All unused, new bats in their original shrink wrapped packaging may be returned to BEACON SPORTING GOODS within 14 days from original date of purchase.

All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. Defective or damaged bats may be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. The bat manufacturer's phone numbers are shown below for your convenience. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase or contact us for a replacement copy.
* Wood bats carry no warranty or guarantees - (unless otherwise noted)
* DeMarini Wood Bats (Pro Maple D243 & Pro Maple D110 - only) 3 month guarantee - 1 time replacement of your bat within a 3 month time period from the date of purchase. The DeMarini Factory Warranty covers Cracking/Breaking from normal use 3 months from the date of origianl purchase. **** There are NO OTHER warranties. ****
**PLEASE NOTE** Items (BATS) not covered include but are not limited to; abuse or misuse, bats used in commercial batting cages. DeMarini, Easton, Lousiville Slugger, Miken, Rawlings, & Worth reserve the rights to refuse warranty services to any person who, in sole discretion of the aforementioned manufacturers, abuses products and/or warranty policy.

All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of the date of purchase and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “as new” and re-saleable condition with tags attached.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. Jocks and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Requests for return of goods must be received within fourteen (14) days from the original date of the invoice (except defective merchandise : up to 30 days).
Defective Merchandise (30 days): Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, or returned to you postage paid with the same stock number, color, and size.
Defective Merchandise (after 30 days): Any item deemed defective will be replaced, and returned to you buyer pays the shipping both ways with the same stock number, color, and size.
No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the in-store warranty period (30 days from purchase date). Most merchandise we sell comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty separate from our Beacon Sporting Goods defective merchandise claims.
We will provide you with a valid receipt to use for your claim with the manufacturer.
Please be advised that manufacturers also require the return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the situation. All manufacturers decisions concerning defective claims prevail. Closeouts and any undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable.
**PLEASE NOTE** The original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was FREE. (i.e. customer orders an item for $150 with FREE shipping...the customer will receive a refund of $150 minus, minus cost of original shipping). Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as BeaconSportingGoods.com® reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. When returning an item we recommend you use UPS Ground so that you get a tracking number with your shipment.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs on your return unless the error was ours. Return/Exchange shipping charges are the customer's obligation unless the product was shipped wrong due to our error. However if you are returning an item because of an error we made please call us at 617.549.1053 or email email@example.com to arrange for an return, which will pay for your return shipping costs.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON
We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, BeaconSportingGoods.com® will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions! You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that it does not hold up delivery of your new product and avoid the 30% restocking fee (as long as the item is of equal or greater value).

-Clearance/ Closeout/ Discontinued
Clearance or Closeout items CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, and all sales are FINAL.
All clearance items are first come first serve, stock is not guaranteed.
**PLEASE NOTE** All sales on Clearance and Closeout items are final. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on any of these items. If the wrong item was incorrectly shipped concerning a closeout or clearance item we reserve the right to ship the correct item within 14 business days from the date the incorrect item was received in order to complete the original transaction in a timely manner.

If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

All product(s) sold by BeaconSportingGoods.com™ are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the item(s) seem damaged or used please report this to us immediately.
If you are returning an item please call us at 617.549.1053 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an e-return authorization. All returns to BeaconSportingGoods.com™ will require a return authorization number. NO returns will be accepted without this number, please call us for any returns or exchanges so that we can provide you with an authorized return number.
